There are many factors that go into the cost of transportation endeavors. In an attempt to forego any problems that may arise along the way, we have created base prices for a range of factors within these main components. We found that the following two components are the most variable, and most relative to cost of transport. By adding together these base costs for the Location Distance and the Parcel Type & Size, we hope to anticipate and prevent costly fluctuations in service requirements:

Location Distance
This is one of the biggest factors. We have a range of prices for the round-trip mileage (this will include multiple Pick-up & Delivery Locations if applicable):

  • $700 (500mi – 800mi)
  • $850 (801mi – 950mi)
  • $1,000 (951mi – 1,150mi)

Parcel Type & Size
This is another large factor, perhaps even bigger than the distance. We have a range of prices for the round trip mileage (this may include multiple Pick-up & Delivery Locations):

  • $250 (Small – Medium Items: 0 – 200lbs)
  • $400 (Large Items – 2 Pallets: 201lbs – 1,000lbs)
  • $550 (Extra Large Items or 2 – 5 Pallets: 1,001lbs – 2,500lbs)
